Great Dane Breed Health Survey

Great Dane Breed Council Health Survey
The Great Dane Breed Council consists of representative members from the Great Breed Clubs within the UK and authorised by the Kennel Club.
The Health Officer is conducting a Great Dane Health Survey. The purpose is to assess the health problems in the Great Dane Breed. The results of the Survey will be analysed and collated for the Great Dane Breed Council. A copy will be submitted to the Kennel Club.
It is in every Great Dane owner’s interest to help by answering the questions on the survey and submitting the form to the Health Officer by 30 June 2010. It is envisaged that the Breed Council will build on the findings of this survey to compile other surveys at intervals in the future. If you do not have enough space on the form to write your replies to questions or need to add further information please continue writing on the back of the Survey form.
