Hi,

I'm after advice, or just reassurance maybe!!

Bow has been stiff on his front left leg since thursday, when he sat funny on it. Ive pulled, poked, prodded and squeezed it to see if its bothering him anywhere and it doesnt seem to be, hes still walking on it and jumping around like his typical 7 and a half month self. He just seems to be spinning it a little bit from the shoulder when he walks after first getting up- although he doesnt seem to let this worry him.

I spoke to my vet yesterday and she said to let him rest it this weekend and take him in monday if hes still the same on it as he's growing and it could be a result of growing pains, or just general puppy knocks.

Has anyone else had this, or just wants to reassure me, that would be great!!

Thanks

Roz, and Bow- who is loving resting and being waited on hand and foot!!

Oddly enough, Bootsie's has had a little problem with his hind leg..He's walking and running around ok but occasionally holding the leg up especailly when getting up from a lying down position..I too have gently palpated the limb and he has'nt winced or shown any pain. I'm taking no chances so we're off tho the vets on Monday, earliest appointment I could get...
So yep, definitely a visit to the vet if I were you.......
