We let Penelope on the couch when she was a puppy so now for good or bad, we are trying to keep it in some type of shape so company can still sit on it. She ruined our leather sofa. And then the cat finished it off. So sometimes she drags all her blankies to the couch. This is how my house really looks at times living with a Great Dane

Mine is leather and a NO NO to any dogs.

They have their beds,,this one is mine, like you say especially when company come, don't want them getting dog hairs all over their clothes.
And it does ruin the leather with their claw marks.
It's far to expensive to let the dogs destroy.
April has her own leather recliner and Alfred has a floor bed of his own, well unless he can get in Aprils which he keeps doing lately for some reason.
Will upload a photo later, must dash,,dogs to walk,,chuckins to sort etc.

Good luck with the I pad photo,,it is easy once your on too Photo Bucket.
Xxx

I was determined not to let Storm on the couch but that didn't work lol
Sash and Jet used to take it over as well so it's in remarkable condition considering ha haimage.jpg Sash

Don't have a Jet pic on my I pad but you get the pattern ha ha
When you put a pic up off your I pad just go to more post options at the bottom and follow from there.

Mine is all covered in throws, I hate them they look scruffy but save the sofas alot, when we have company (not very often, everyone is scared of the dogs) lol, the throws come off, fancy cushions go on and it's a different house.

our sofas are white leather, old second hand freebie ones, that are hanging in there still, yes the middles are made of white gaffa tape now but they are still comfortable and the dogs love them...

Leather sofas here too but covered in throws which have to be changed a couple of times a week due to Dane dribbles.

The only thing that lays on my sofa is my lazy other half <_<
Would prefer to see Mills on it but she doesn't like chairs only her own bed :D

Its a very old picture! Almost 30 years old. But it goes well in an island home. And there are lots of parrots around here.

Don't want to be a party pooper but our 2 are not allowed on the furniture .
My lounge is just about the only decent dane free room in the house. At least somewhere nice when visitors arrive. :) ( just thinking though, since we've had the danes don't get many visitors) oh well their loss I say -_-
Rest of the house urm.... say no more :D
